KahuBaby’s Terms and Conditions (‘Terms’) govern your use of our website and the purchase of any products from us. When you place an order with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Eligibility to Purchase

To place an order through our website, you must:

  • Be legally capable of entering into binding contracts.
  • Be at least 18 years old.
  • Provide accurate and complete registration and billing information.

3. Contract Formation

  • Order Placement: Your order constitutes an offer to buy a product.
  • Order Acknowledgment: After placing an order, you will receive an email acknowledging receipt. This does not mean your order has been accepted.
  • Order Acceptance: The contract between us is only formed when we send you a confirmation email stating that the product has been dispatched.

4. Pricing and Payment

  • Prices: All prices are displayed on the website and include all applicable taxes (e.g. VAT) and include delivery costs where you spend over £50 and select standard delivery. Otherwise delivery costs will be added at checkout.
  • Errors: If we discover an error in the price of any product you ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option to reconfirm at the correct price or to cancel.
  • Payment Methods: We accept payment via debit card, credit card or PayPal. Payment is taken at the time of placing the order.

5. Shipping and Delivery

  • Delivery Dates: We will aim to fulfill your order within 1-2 business days, but delivery dates are not guaranteed.
  • Risk and Ownership: The products become your responsibility from the time of delivery. Ownership passes to you once we receive full payment.

6. Cancellation and Returns

  • Right to Cancel: If you are a consumer in the UK or the EU, you have a legal right to cancel your contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
  • Cancellation Period: The cancellation period expires 14 days from the day you received the physical goods.

  • Condition of Goods: You must return the products in their original, unused condition and packaging. You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.

7. Refunds

  • Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days.
  • Deductions: We reserve the right to reduce your refund if the goods show signs of diminished value due to unnecessary handling, wear or damage by you.

8. Faulty or Damaged Goods

  • Consumer Rights: If a product is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you have a legal right to a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with your statutory consumer rights.
